After exposing to UV irradiation for 5 and 24 hours, the stability and viral activity of the obtained formulations were evaluated by bioassay test on H. armigera larvae. However, the mortality rate for the non-microencapsulated virus suspension, declined from 100% before UV radiation to 46.66% after 24 hours exposing to the UVA radiation. Before UV radiation, each of the sodium alginate and starch microencapsulated formulations separately, not only could provide a proper coating for HaNPV virus, but also decreased the viral activity. Whereas the combination of these two polymers together had a synergistic effect and resulted in an increased mortality. After 5 and 24 hours exposing to UV, their combination was significantly different from the non-microencapsulated formulation (Duncan test, P<0.05). After 5 and 24 hours exposing to UV, the difference of gelatin and its combinations with the non-microencapsulated formulation was significant.  }, keywords = {biopesticide,HaNPV,UV radiation,Microencapsulation,polymer}, title_fa = {بررسی ترکیب چند نوع پلیمر در افزایش پایداری ویروس HaNPV در برابر اشعه فرابنفش}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر به‏منظور بررسی نقش و تأثیر پلیمر‏های گوناگون در میکروکپسول کردن و پوشش‌دهی ویروس HaNPV در مقابل اشعه‌ی فرابنفش انجام شده است. برای این منظور فرمولاسیون میکروکپسول ویروس HaNPV با استفاده از سه پلیمر سدیم آلژینات، ژلاتین و نشاسته و نیز ترکیب این سه پلیمر، به‌کمک روش امولسیون ساخته شد. میزان پایداری و فعالیت بیولوژیکی ویروس در فرمولاسیون‏های حاصل پس از 5 و 24 ساعت اشعه دهی با نور UVA ( nm385) ، روی لاروHelicoverpa armigera  ارزیابی شد. میزان تلفات لاروهای تغذیه شده با سوسپانسیون غیرمیکروکپسول از 100 درصد قبل از اشعه دهی به‌66/46 درصد پس از 24 ساعت اشعه دهی کاهش یافت. پلیمرهای نشاسته و سدیم آلژینات به‌طور مجزا و در غلظت‌های به‌کار رفته نه تنها نتوانستند پوشش مناسبی برای ویروس HaNPV در مقابل اشعه‌ی فرابنفش ایجاد کنند، بلکه قبل از اشعه دهی، موجب کاهش فعالیت کشندگی ویروس شدند. در حالیکه ترکیب نشاسته و سدیم آلژینات دارای اثر هم افزایی بوده و موجب افزایش فعالیت بیولوژیکی ویروس شد. به‌طوری‌که پس از گذشت 5 و 24 ساعت از زمان اشعه دهی، درصد تلفات فرمولاسیون حاصل از ترکیب نشاسته و سدیم آلژینات، در هر دو زمان 100 درصدگزارش شد و این میزان در مقایسه با درصد تلفات حاصل از سوسپانسیون غیر میکروکپسول از نظر آماری دارای تفاوت معنی‌دار بود (P<0.05). در صد تلفات فرمولاسیون تهیه شده با ژلاتین پس از 5 و 24 ساعت اشعه دهی، به‌ترتیب 100 و 5/95 درصد بود. پس از گذشت این دو زمان، ژلاتین و ترکیب آن با سایر پلیمرهای به‌کار رفته، از نظر درصد تلفات با سوسپانسیون غیر میکروکپسول تفاوت معنی‌داری داشتند (df = 7, P<0.05). به‌طور کلی ژلاتین و ترکیب آن با سایر پلیمرها پایداری لازم را برای ویروس HaNPV در برابر اشعه UV فراهم کردند.  }, keywords_fa = {آفت‏کش میکروبی,ویروس HaNPV,UV,میکروکپسول,پلیمر}, url = {https://jbiocontrol.areeo.ac.ir/article_102970.html}, eprint = {https://jbiocontrol.areeo.ac.ir/article_102970_5fdaadf74ff4123c0b4f40e55d27037b.pdf} }
