The present study was conducted to assay lethal and deterrent activities of methanolic extracts of Maclura pomifera (Raf.) Schnied, Cotinus coggygria Scop and Valeriana officinalis L. on different growth stages of P. operculella. The most effective extract was also investigated on parasitism rate of Trichogramma brassicae Bezdenko. The experiments were carried out under laboratory conditions at 26 ± 1 °C, 65 ± 5 RH and a photoperiod of 8:16 (L:D). V. officinalis exhibited the highest efficacy against eggs and neonate larval penetration of potato tuber moth, which elicited LC50 values equivalent to 262.28 and 170.74 ppm, respectively. The most repellent extract against neonate larval penetration was V. officinalis followed by C. coggygria and M. pomifera (% repellency= 92.33, 90.66 and 83.33%, respectively). Oviposition preference trials after 24, 48 and 72 h demonstrated that the three methanolic extracts showed anti-ovipostional activity against PTM females and they preferred to oviposit their eggs on non-treated tubers. Additionally, there was no adverse effect of sub-lethal dose of V. officinalis on percent  parasitism of T. brassicae (66.66%).}, keywords = {Phthorimaea operculella,lethal effect,repellency,Plant extract,Trichogramma brassicae}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات کشندگی و دورکنندگی عصاره سه گیاه مختلف روی بید سیب‌زمینی Phthorimaea operculella و تأثیر روی میزان پارازیتیسم زنبور Trichogramma brassicae}, abstract_fa = {بید سیب‏زمینی، Zeller Phthorimaea operculella یکی از آفات مخرب سیب‏زمینی در مزرعه و انبار است. در این پژوهش اثر کشندگی و دورکنندگی عصاره متانولی گیاهان توت آمریکایی، Maclura pomifera (Raf.) Schnied؛ پَر، Cotinus coggygria Scop و علف گربه، Valeriana officinalis L. روی مراحل مختلف زیستی بید سیب‏زمینی بررسی شد. همچنین اثر مؤثرترین عصاره روی درصد پارازیتیسم زنبور Bezdenko Trichogramma brassicae مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. کلیه آزمایش‏ها در شرایط آزمایشگاهی با دمای 1 ± 26 درجه سیلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 65 درصد و دوره نوری 16 ساعت تاریکی و 8 ساعت روشنایی‏ انجام شدند. عصاره متانولی علف گربه با LC50 معادل 28/262 و 74/170 پی پی ام بیشترین اثر کشندگی را به‌ترتیب روی مراحل تخم و لارو نئونات آفت داشت. عصاره علف گربه همچنین با میانگین اثر دورکنندگی 33/92 درصد بیشترین اثر دورکنندگی را روی لارو نئونات نشان داد و پس از آن گیاه پَر با 66/90 درصد و توت آمریکایی با 33/83 درصد، دورکننده بودند. در بررسی تأثیر عصاره‏ها روی ترجیح تخمریزی حشرات کامل بید سیب‏زمینی نتایج پس از مدت زمان‏های 24، 48 و 72 ساعت نشان داد که آفت تخمریزی روی غده‏های تیمار نشده را ترجیح می‌دهد. همچنین دز زیرکشنده عصاره علف گربه روی درصد پارازیتیسم زنبور تریکوگراما اثر منفی نداشت و مقدار پارازیتیسم، 66/66 درصد برآورد شد.  }, keywords_fa = {بید سیب‏زمینی,اثر کشندگی,دورکنندگی,عصاره گیاهی,زنبور تریکوگراما}, url = {https://jbiocontrol.areeo.ac.ir/article_119379.html}, eprint = {https://jbiocontrol.areeo.ac.ir/article_119379_e07bcc49f1eb2466289160a514e48092.pdf} }
