One of the important limitations of biocontrol agents is the ineffectiveness in the field conditions which is related to the lack of stability and duration of biocontrol agents that can mostly be due to the lack of proper formulations.  In this research study, four new bioformulations were developed and prepared using two strains of a fungal antagonist (Trichoderma asperellum), rice bran as the substrate, Kaolin as the carrier and carboxy methyl cellulose and arabic gum as the stickers.  For the development of bioformulations, rice bran substrate was mixed with spore suspension of two most effective strains of T. asperellum . Plastic bags containing rice bran and fungal antagonists spore suspension were incubated for two months at 250C until the fungus covered the whole surface of the substrate in the bags (Fermentation phase). The containing of the bags was then evacuated and the powdery colonized substrate was used for the development of final bioformulations. The bioformulations were developed and produced by mixing Kaolin powder as the carrier by 20% of the substrate weight and two stickers including Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) and Arabic Gum (AG) each by 1% of substrate weight.  Four bioformulations were produced with the identification codes of Ka–CMC–Ta–4, Ka–AG–Ta–4, Ka–CMC–Ta–5 and Ka–AG–Ta–5 respectively.  In addition, the shelf life and some important physical and chemical properties of the bioformulations including percent humidity, pH and their suspensibility were also determined.}, keywords = {sugar beet,Seedling damping–off,Rhizoctonia solani,Bioformulations,Trichoderma asperellum}, title_fa = {فرمنتاسیون و فرمولاسیون قارچ آنتاگونیست Trichoderma asperellum برای کنترل زیستی بیماری مرگ گیاهچه چغندر قند}, abstract_fa = {مبارزه زیستی با بیماری‌های گیاهی با استفاده از قارچ‌ها و باکتری‌های آنتاگونیست به‌عنوان یک جایگزین مناسب برای سموم شیمیایی که زیان‌های بهداشتی فراوان داشته و نیز آلوده‌کننده محیط زیست می‌باشند، پذیرفته شده است. از مهمترین محدودیت‌های عوامل کنترل زیستی عدم کار‌ایی کامل آن‌ها در شرایط مزرعه به سبب نداشتن پایداری و دردسترس نبودن فرمولاسیون‌های مناسب و کاربردی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از دو سویه قارچ آنتاگونیستTrichoderma asperellum  و بستر کشت سبوس برنج، ترکیب معدنی کائولن و ترکیبات آلی کربوکسی متیل سلولز و نیز صمغ عربی، چهار فرمولاسیون زیستی تهیه شد تا تاثیر آن‌ها در شرایط مزرعه در کنترل بیماری مرگ گیاهچه چغندرقند بررسی شود. بدین منظور ابتدا دو سویه از قارچ آنتاگونیست T. asperellum انتخاب شده و سوسپانسیون اسپور این جدایه‌ها با سبوس برنج به‌عنوان بستر کشت، مخلوط شده و در انکوباتور در دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس به مدت دو ماه قرار داده شد تا اسپورهای قارچ‌ها بر روی بستر، تکثیر شده و سطح بستر را کاملا بپوشاند (انجام واکنش فرمنتاسیون). ترکیبات پودری تهیه شده سپس جهت تهیه فرمولاسیون‌های زیستی، درمرحله بعد با پودر معدنی کاِئولن (به نسبت 20% وزن بسترهای کلونیزه شده) به‌عنوان حامل یا پرکننده و نیز با ترکیبات کربوکسی متیل سلولز و صمغ عربی (هرکدام به میزان 1% وزن بستر های کلونیزه شده) به عنوان چسباننده مخلوط شده و تعداد چهار فرمولاسیون زیستی جدید  با کد های شناسایی Ka–CMC–Ta4, Ka–CMC–Ta5, Ka–AG–Ta4 و Ka–AG–Ta5 تهیه گردید. در ضمن قابلیت  ماندگاری (Shelf life) فرمولاسیون‌های تهیه شده در زمان‌ها و دماهای مختلف تعیین گردید. علاوه بر آن، برخی خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی مهم فرمولاسیون‌ها مانند pH، رطوبت نسبی و قابلیت سوسپانسیون شوندگی نیز محاسبه و تعیین شد.}, keywords_fa = {چغندرقند,مرگ گیاهچه, Rhizoctonia solani ,فرمولاسیون‌های زیستی, Trichoderma asperellum }, url = {https://jbiocontrol.areeo.ac.ir/article_128528.html}, eprint = {https://jbiocontrol.areeo.ac.ir/article_128528_023adab3e4bd3a5e0b29a0fef5c7e116.pdf} }
