کارایی تثبیت‌کننده‌های شیمیایی قارچ آنتاگونیست Talaromyces flavus در کنترل بیولوژیک بیماری مرگ گیاهچه رایزوکتونیایی گوجه‌فرنگی و خیار گلخانه‌ای

چکیده

قارچ آنتاگونیست Talaromyces flavus از مهم‌ترین عوامل کنترل بیولوژیک بیماری­های گیاهی خاکزاد مانند مرگ گیاهچه محسوب می­شود. در این پژوهش، برای افزایش کارایی زادمایه جدایه­های T. flavusبه‌دست آمده از گلخانه­های خیار و مزارع گوجه‌فرنگی، پنج تثبیت­کننده شیمیایی این قارچ بررسی شدند. براساس نتایج تحقیقات پیشین، مؤثرترین بسترها از لحاظ رشد، اسپورزایی و پایداری برای جدایه­های T. flavus مربوط به خیار گلخانه­ای و گوجه­فرنگی، ترکیب سبوس برنج و خاک پیت بود. برای هر گیاه، آزمایشی در قالب طرح آماری بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با هفت تیمار و سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل پنج تثبیت کننده مختلف (آمینوفنل، دی­سیکلو­سرین، سولفات منیزیم، کربوکسی­متیل­سلولز و نیترات سدیم)، شاهد آلوده و شاهد سالم بودند. ارزیابی تیمارهای مختلف، براساس تعداد گیاهچه­های سالم انجام گرفت. نتایج کلی این پژوهش نشان داد که زادمایه­های T. flavus در برگیرنده تثبیت­کننده­های نیترات سدیم، دی­سیکلوسرین و کربوکسی­متیل­سلولز در مقایسه با آمینوفنل و سولفات منیزیم کارایی بیش­تری در کنترل بیماری مرگ گیاهچه داشتند.
