بررسی تأثیر تعدادی از سویه‌های باکتریایی بر واکنش‌های دفاعی خیار نسبت به بیماری پوسیدگی فوزاریومی ساقه و ریشه

چکیده

 خیار یکی از مهم‌ترین محصولات جالیزی ایران است که آفات و عوامل بیماری‌زا محدودکننده کشت این محصول بوده و منجر به کاهش عملکرد می‌شوند. مبارزه بیولوژیک بهترین روش مبارزه با بیماری پوسیدگی فوزاریومی ساقه و ریشه است. در این تحقیق اثرات آنتاگونیستی سویه‌های سودوموناس فلورسنت روی قارچ‌های مهم پوسیدگی ریشه خیار در آزمایشگاه و گلخانه بررسی شد. از میان جدایه‌های موردبررسی، جدایه‌ی VUPf760 بیشترین میزان هاله بازدارندگی را علیه قارچ‌هایFusarium oxysporum و Fusarium solani به‌ترتیب با 9 و 7 میلی‌متر نشان داد. همچنین در شرایط گلخانه اثرات بازدارندگی این جدایه‌ها بر بوته‌میری ارزیابی شد. بررسی‌ها نشان داد که تیمار بذرها با جدایه‌های  T17-4و VUPf5 به ترتیب 58 و 60 درصد شدت بیماری حاصل از قارچ‌های F. oxysporum وF. solani  را کاهش دادند. ارزیابی فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز، فنل کل و پلی‌فنل اکسیداز نشان داد که هر دو جدایه قارچ به‌تنهایی باعث افزایش فعالیت این آنزیم‌ها در گیاهچه خیار شدند. اما فعالیت این آنزیم‌ها در تیمار باکتری و قارچ به‌صورت توأم، از میزان بالاتری برخوردار بود.
