مطالعه مدل ریاضی رشد و نمو وابسته به دمای کفشدوزکCryptolaemus montrouzieri Mulsant (Coleoptera: Coccinelidae)

چکیده

کفشدوزک کریپتولموس، Cryptolaemus montrouzieri Mulsant به‌عنوان مؤثرترین عامل مهار زیستی روی شپشک‌های آردآلود شناخته شده است. در پژوهش حاضر تأثیر دما روی روند رشدونمو کفشدوزک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. طول دوره رشدونمو مراحل جنینی (تخم)، لاروی، شفیرگی و کل دورة نابالغ کفشدوزک یادشده، در اتاقک رشد در دامنه دمایی 35–15 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 60–50 درصد و دوره نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی ثبت شد. تجزیه واریانس نتایج طول دورة رشدونمو مراحل رشدونمو کفشدوزک در دماهای مختلف نشان داد که بین میانگین طول دوره رشد و  نمو هر یک از مراحل رشدی کفشدوزک در دماهای مورد بررسی از نظر آماری در سطح احتمال یک درصد تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد و افزایش دما منجر به کاهش معنی‌دار طول دوره رشدونمو کفشدوزک شد. در ادامه از مدل­های ریاضی برای توصیف روند رشدونمو مراحل مختلف رشدی کفشدوزک کریپتولموس در دماهای مختلف و برآورد شاخص­های دمایی مربوطه استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، مدل­های بریر–2 و لاکتین قادر به پیش‌بینی مطلوب روند رشدونمو کفشدوزک در دامنه دمایی مورد بررسی بودند. بر اساس پیش­بینی مدل­های یاد شده، دامنه دمایی رشدونمو مراحل نابالغ کفشدوزک کریپتولموس 56/33–40/10 درجه سلسیوس و دمای بهینه رشدونمو آن 08/30 درجه سلسیوس تعیین شد. این نتایج در بهبود شرایط محیطی در حشره خانه‌های پرورش انبوه کفشدوزک کریپتولموس و برنامه­های کنترل بیولوژیک شپشک‌های آردآلود قابل استفاده خواهد بود.
