اثر دو جدایه‌ی Pseudomonas fluorescens تولیدکننده‌ی DAPG در مهار پوسیدگی ریشه و طوقه‌ی خیار با عامل Phytophthora drechsleri

چکیده

 
Phytophthora drechsleriیکی از بیمارگرهای خاکزاد مهم در ایران محسوب می‌شود که منجر به بروز بیماری پوسیدگی ریشه و طوقه روی خیار می‌شود. اخیراً مهار زیستی این بیماری به‌وسیله ریزوباکتری‌های محرک رشد گیاه از جمله سودومونادهای فلورسنت به‌عنوان روش جایگزین برای قارچ‌کش‌های شیمیایی مورد توجه قرارگرفته است. در پژوهش حاضر اثر آنتاگونیستی دو جدایه از Pseudomonas fluorescens
(F117 و F133)تولید کننده‌ی آنتی‌بیوتیک DAPG علیه بیمارگرP. drechsleri  در شرایط آزمایشگاه با روش‌های مختلف و همچنین در گلخانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که جدایه‌های مورد استفاده با دارا بودن مکانیسم‌های بیوکنترلی متعدد از قبیل آنتی‌بیوز، تولید سیدروفور، سیانید هیدروژن و همچنین تولید آنزیم‌های پروتئاز، لیپاز و حل‌کننده فسفات، به‌صورت مطلوبی توانستند در شرایط گلخانه و آزمایشگاه ، بیماری یادشده را کنترل کنند.
