کنترل بیولوژیک بیماری کپک خاکستری کیوی با استفاده از مخمرهای بومی جدا شده از ایران

چکیده

  کپک خاکستری میوه کیوی‌فروت که توسط قارچ Botrytis cinerea ایجاد می‌شود یکی از مهم‌ترین بیماری­های پس ‌از برداشت کیوی‌فروت می‌باشد. به منظور استفاده از عوامل بیوکنترل برای پیشگیری از این بیماری، در این بررسی سعی­شد تا توان مخمرهای بومی کشور بر روی این بیمارگر ارزیابی شود. بدین منظور از 51 نمونه ارسالی از گیاهان مختلف در کشور طی سال1394، 34 جدایه بر اساس خصوصیات ریخت‌‌شناسی پرگنه‌ها، به عنوان نماینده انتخاب شدند. آزمایشات براساس توان بازدارندگی توسعه بیمارگر توسط مخمرها روی میوه و با دو روش حفر چاهک و نیز بررسی بر روی برش میوه کیوی‌فروت در تشتک شیشه­ای، انجام شد. ارزیابی نتایج آزمایشات بر اساس آزمون چند دامنه­ای دانکن در سطح 1% و نیز شاخص بیماری‌زایی انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مخمرهای Aureobasidium pullulans،Candida membranifaciens،Cryptococcus albidus،Metschnikowia koreensis، Ogataea cortices،Papilioterama flavescens،Rhodotorula mucilaginosaوR. glutinisکه بر اساس تعیین ترادف قسمتی از ناحیه ITS شناسایی شدند، پتانسیل بازدارندگی از رشد بیمارگر کپک خاکستری کیوی‌فروت را دارا می‌باشند.
