تأثیر Glomus intraradices بر میزان تولید آنزیم کیتیناز درپسته تلقیح شده با Armillaria mellea

چکیده

پسته از محصولات مهم و اقتصادی است که توسط Armillaria mellea مورد حمله قرار می­گیرد و باعث کاهش چشمگیر محصول و زوال درخت می­شود. از بیماری­های قارچی که در سال­های اخیر در باغات پسته رو به افزایش است، بیماری پوسیدگی ریشه می­باشد که توسط قارچ A. mellea ایجاد می­شود. مکانیزم­های گسترده و چرخه زندگی پیچیده قارچ، کنترل آن را محدود و تقریباً غیر­ممکن ساخته است. در این تحقیق جنبه­های بیوشیمیایی برهمکنش قارچ همزیست ریشه Glomus intraradices و A. mellea بر روی پایه پسته  Pistachio veraرقم بادامی زرند به عنوان پایه­ی حساس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و به صورت فاکتوریل با چهار تکرار در شرایط گلخانه انجام شد. فعالیت آنزیم کیتیناز بر اساس میزان اِن استیل گلوکز آمین آزاد شده، محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد کلونیزه شدن با قارچ همزیست، فعالیت‌های آنزیمی را به نفع گیاه تغییر داد که رابطه مستقیمی با درصد کلونیزاسیون قارچ همزیست با ریشه داشت. نتایج حاکی از افزایش و به حداکثر رسیدن فعالیت آنزیم کیتیناز در ریشه گیاهان تلقیح شده با قارچ مایکوریز بود.
